Having started a family and business in recovery, Roger returned to college to complete a
degree and seek better outcomes in his life. After working in the construction industry for 17
years as a tradesman, manager, and owner, he decided to shift his focus from building houses

familiarity with process development; networking with industry professionals; his personal
recovery; and keeping the client’s needs at the top of the priority list has made him a valuable
asset to Clear Path Intervention.
Roger is a father of two children, a photographer, an avid live music fan, and lover of the outdoors.
His goals include helping others find freedom from active addiction and experiencing as many
smiles that life can offer.
