Areas We Serve

Our interventionists travel to families in all 50 states to lead drug and alcohol interventions, with much of the pre-planning done by phone or video.

All 50 states

Professional interventionists, serving all 50 states

Clear Path Intervention has interventionists located all around the United States who travel to families across the entire United States. Whether your family is in a major city or a small town hours from the nearest treatment center, we can be there. A large part of the intervention process happens before anyone travels: the initial consultation, family planning conversations, and much of the education work are done by phone or video chat. That means the distance between your home and ours has very little effect on how quickly your family can start.

Our team leads professional interventions for alcohol, drugs, and mental health struggles, along with treatment navigation, sober transport, case management, and sober companionship.

Addiction does not respect state lines, and neither do we.

Find your state

We maintain dedicated pages for every state we serve. A few of the areas families most often ask about include Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, California, New York, and Ohio.

You can browse the complete list of states on our interventions hub. Each state page explains how we work in that area and lists the communities we most often travel to.

Wherever you live

What stays the same, wherever you live

No matter which state you call from, a few things never change.

A free, confidential consultation

Every engagement starts with a free, confidential phone consultation to understand your loved one's situation, whatever state you call from.

Thorough planning

The planning is thorough, because a well-prepared family is the single biggest factor in a successful intervention. It includes a full education day before the meeting itself.

Respect, never shame

The Intervention is respectful and built on love; we never shame or ambush anyone.

A plan that keeps moving

The plan does not end when your loved one agrees to help: treatment arrangements are made in advance, sober transport is ready, and follow-up support like case management keeps recovery moving.

Long-distance interventions

How a long-distance intervention works

Families are sometimes surprised that an interventionist several states away can help them effectively. In practice, the process is nearly identical wherever you live. We plan carefully with your family by video before the interventionist travels to you for The Intervention itself. After the intervention, we help coordinate the transition into treatment, wherever the right program happens to be. Because we work nationwide, we are not limited to recommending whatever facility is closest; we look for the program that actually fits your loved one. Read more about how we choose on our treatment navigation page, and about who we are on our about page.

Wherever you are, the first step is the same: a conversation. Call our experienced team at (850) 563-9776, email brad@clearpathintervention.com, or reach us through our contact page. We provide free consultations and advice to every caller, and we treat every family's situation with the same care we would give our own.

Frequently asked questions

Does travel delay the process?

In our experience, the preparation work, not the travel, sets the timeline. Because consultations and planning happen by phone and video, an interventionist can often be with a family within days of the first call, depending on scheduling. When fentanyl or another high-risk substance is involved, we treat the timeline with appropriate urgency.

Do you really serve every state?

Yes. Our interventionists are located all around the United States and travel to families in all 50 states, and we maintain a dedicated page for every state we serve on our interventions hub.

What if we are not sure an intervention is the right step?

Say so on the first call. Part of our job is helping families think clearly about timing, readiness, and what to do while they prepare. The consultation is free and confidential either way.
